Where do all the dogs end up in Victoria?     Your dog may have gone straight to one of these shelters or pounds listed above, or be put to sleep after its 8 days.   Most dogs end up at the RSPCA and the Lost Dogs Home because these shelters have the most contracts with shelters and pounds across Victoria.   Please be aware that these are both Kill shelters. If you happen to lose  or surrender your dog and it does not past the extremely strict rehoming tests that these shelters use, then chances are it will be put to sleep.  Please microchip your dog and keep all information up to date.  Please desex  your dogs because this will stop them from roaming.  If you have lost your dog,  Please click here for some useful information on finding your dog .
