Where do all the dogs end up in Victoria? Click here for a list of what happens to your dog after it has had its 8 days at the pound. Your dog may have gone straight to one of these shelters or be put to sleep after its 8 days. As you will note, most of the dogs end up at the RSPCA and the Lost Dogs Home . Please be aware that these are both Kill shelters. If you happen to lose or surrender your dog and it does not past the extremely strict rehoming tests that these shelters use, then chances are it will be put to sleep. Please microchip your dog and keep all information up to date. Please desex your dogs because this will stop them from roaming. Please click here for some useful information on finding your dog . |
